Website enquiries

The main website helps you write an email to Segun. Your draft stays in the page until you copy it or open your email app. Equavo does not receive that email until you send it.

You choose what to send. This may include a course, target grade, programme and your question. Your email address and message reach Segun through email. Please do not include health details, school reports or other private pupil records in an enquiry.

Segun uses your message to answer your question and discuss the next steps you ask for. The enquiry purpose, lawful basis, rights and contact details below also apply to these messages. Email correspondence is kept while needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up or legal claim; contact Segun to ask for deletion. The school form’s six-month deletion routine does not automatically clear email inboxes. The school form’s database and daily network-code rules apply only to that form.

School enquiries

Equavo Limited is responsible for the information collected through the school enquiry form. This notice covers enquiries, not a student’s learning account.

What we collect

The form asks for an adult’s name, email address, role, school, broad Maths course and interest in funded Core or tuition. We record when the enquiry arrived, contact dates, follow-up notes and its progress. A school or campaign reference is included if it was in the link you used.

Please use your own adult contact details. Do not send a student’s name, health information, school reports or grades through this form. You do not need a ChatGPT account to enquire.

How we use it

Segun uses your details to reply, check course fit and school eligibility, and discuss the next steps you requested. We use campaign references to understand which school introductions lead to enquiries. They do not prove eligibility or give a school access to your information.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering requests, managing relevant follow-up and keeping the form secure. We use only what is needed for those purposes. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing, create a student account or commit you to a purchase. We do not make automated decisions about your eligibility.

Who handles the information

Segun reviews enquiries in Equavo’s private workspace. OpenAI provides the ChatGPT Sites hosting service, using infrastructure providers including Cloudflare. Our email provider handles correspondence when we reply. Resend sends Segun an automatic notification when an enquiry arrives; that alert contains a private inbox link, not the details you entered. Providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. The applicable OpenAI data-processing terms provide safeguards for UK transfers, including standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum where required.

How long we keep school form details

If your enquiry does not become a membership, we review and delete the enquiry and its previous notes once six months have passed since the last meaningful contact. Internal edits do not extend that period. If you join, information needed to deliver the service is handled under the separate membership privacy information provided before access starts.

If you ask us not to contact you, we keep only the minimum record needed to respect that request. We may retain information needed for a specific legal obligation or unresolved claim, restricting it to that purpose. Hosting security logs and backup copies are managed under the provider’s security and retention processes.

Security and this sample

The form uses a daily coded network identifier to limit repeated requests. The enquiry record does not store your raw IP address; the code is cleared after 24 hours when enquiries are processed. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and technical access logs for security.

The lesson and Reflex sample keep progress only while the page is open. Unsent form details stay in that page’s memory so you can reopen the form; they are cleared when you leave or reload. This offer page does not add advertising cookies or email-open tracking.

Your rights and choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, request deletion or restricted use, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Some rights depend on the circumstances. Contact segun@equavo.co.uk; we may need to check your identity before acting. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Providing these details is your choice. Without contact information we cannot reply to a form enquiry. You can email Segun instead. We will explain any separate account, parent-confirmation and learning-data arrangements before a family joins.
